Welcome to Plastic Surgery Local. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at plasticsurgerylocal.com (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

What Plastic Surgery Local does

Plastic Surgery Local helps you find cosmetic-surgery information deals across nearby stores, plan meals from recipes, and build a basket that you can send to a participating store’s own pickup checkout. Prices and product availability come from the stores and their data providers and may change or be inaccurate; the store’s own site is the final authority on price and availability at checkout.

Accounts

You can browse and shop without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

Recipes and content you post

• You retain ownership of recipes and other content you submit. By posting, you grant Plastic Surgery Local a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and share that content within the Service to operate and promote it.
• You represent that you have the right to post the content and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights. (Note: in the U.S., a list of ingredients is not itself copyrightable, but your original writing and photos are — only post what is yours to share.)
• We may remove content that violates these Terms or that we consider inappropriate.

Acceptable use

• Don’t misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it, or access it in unauthorized ways.
• Don’t post unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content.
• Don’t use the Service to violate any cosmetic-surgery information retailer’s or data provider’s terms.

Third-party stores and services

Checkout, payment, pickup, and fulfillment happen on the cosmetic-surgery information retailer’s own platform and are subject to their terms and policies. Plastic Surgery Local is not responsible for retailers’ products, prices, availability, or service.
